Face Grain Cutting Boards:

·      Appearance: Showcases the natural grain patterns of the wood, making them visually appealing.

·      Durability: More prone to knife marks and may wear out faster with heavy use.

·      Use: Ideal for light to moderate use and can double as serving boards.

Board Thickness: .5 to .75 inches

Edge Grain Cutting Boards:

·      Appearance: Made from the edges of wood planks, creating a striped pattern.

·      Durability: More durable than face grain boards, less prone to knife marks.

·      Use: Suitable for regular kitchen use.

Board Thickness: 1 to 1.75 inches

End Grain Cutting Boards:

·      Appearance: Constructed from the ends of wood pieces, showing a checkerboard pattern.

·      Durability: Highly durable and self-healing, as the wood fibers close after cutting.

·      Use: Best for heavy-duty chopping and frequent use.

Board Thickness: 1.5 to 2 inches
